As a procurement manager, I start from my experience with and solid knowledge of materials, especially wood. I select the most suitable materials from the best available on the market;
I identify the companies and craftsmen most appropriate to work on each project. I am a perfectionist and I check each and every stage of the process – just like every procurement manager should- from the production site to customer quotes.
