As a procurement company, our meeting with the customer is an important starting point in understanding the essence of the whole project. This phase is crucial for setting out the exact nature of the project, and for gathering all of the information we need to plan out each element of the project itself, in terms of services and products: details, materials, functions and all other requirements and specifications that the products must meet. At this stage, our procurement company pay significant attention to the customer’s wishes, feelings and needs, in order to provide the most appropriate and valid responses and solutions. Once we have established needs, methods and timescales, we discuss and agree on the contents of our contractual agreement, which becomes the basis for starting work.
Idea&concept
On the basis of the information we receive, the next step of our procurement company strategy consists in moving on to developing the production idea behind the project. We optimise all elements to build the design at our supply chain facilities.
The Production process
Once the designs have been drawn up and agreed on, our procurement strategy goes on with work in the lab, testing and checking every single aspect to make sure that it complies with the project requirements. We test functionality and perform quality control to guarantee that the product meets the standards of the Italian Lab procurement company Factory brand. The product is ready.
Installation
Once the products are ready, they are sent on site to be installed and assembled, according to the procedures set out and agreed on with the customer. At this delicate stage of the project, we are active on site right up until our creation is ready to fly the nest.
